A highly sought-after position has become available, with a chance to take over a patient base. Our Chiropractors are at capacity (and in the process of opening a second location) and we are overflowing with new patients, with consistent referrals from our existing patients.
Don’t miss out on this position! In previous years, I have had numerous Chiropractors contacting me after I have filled the position. Don’t miss out this time. As once I commit to two new associates, I give them my full attention until they are settling in properly and have a busy appointment book.

1 You take pride in what you do and the amazing services you provide

• It’s not uncommon for our patients to tell us that the service we provide is something they have never had. We have an amazing team and proven systems that help create this outstanding environment that allows us to provide a 5 star service.
• We have patients who travel to us from all over NZ. Even, if we suggest someone closer for them, many times they will decide to continue with us even if it means a day trip, long weekend or even a week long break to get the care and attention they want and deserve.

2 You enjoy what you do

• Come in and look after patients. Go home and relax.
• Leave the business side to me, hiring, management, marketing (though I would expect you to promote yourself and the practice), logistics. You don’t need to worry about running the practice (but if you want to learn it, I can help you with that as well).

3 You are having a mentor by your side to support you 100%

• A structured onboarding training to help you succeed from day one with regular mentoring from the principal.
• You are going to master your communication, talking to new patients will be a breeze and you will be helping lots of patients without feeling like you are “selling.”

4 You get rewarded well

• Getting paid well and on time, with the right candidate, this is a $100K+/year position. When you provide great service, the money will follow.

5 You have great work/life balance

• You don’t have to “bring work home” and we discourage it.
